If you need to cancel an appointment please call (346) 236-9340 or reach out to your stylist directly.

Cancelled or no show appointments will be charged a $75 fee if not cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled service.

If you're scheduled service is valued less than $75, you will only be charged the value of that appointment.

Same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. A late appointment is subject to be cancelled or rescheduled with a fee after 15 minutes.
